Please note, once WE receive your products, we will preprogram them for your convenience. THEN, we will ship them directly to you. We will notify you when they are on the way and set an appointment for any technical support and/or instruction you may need. Please allow 7 days from the date of your purchase for us to complete your order and have it shipped to you.
